Happy New Year!!!
Lake Cypress Springs had 2 high water situations during December. Franklin County Water District is reporting that the lake experienced its’ 3rd highest level in the history of the lake this month at 381.88 msl. The lake level as of this morning is 378.75 msl.
Lake Bob Sandlin is also full at 377.85 ft. as reported by the Water Data for Texas. The lake has been consistently full for the last month.
We are anticipating 3-4 inches of rain today and have just received a flash flood warning. Please remember that we do check properties immediately following inclement weather so if you are concerned please let us know. We will contact you if we have concerns about your property.
